This year's "PMQ Toy Festival" is themed "Toy Convenience Store". From April 18 to 21, 2025, for four consecutive days, it will bring together a number of Hong Kong original trendy toy brands and units to showcase local creativity! In addition, many new forces in the trendy toy industry from Macau, Seoul, Shenzhen and Singapore also responded to the call and participated in this trendy toy event! The "PMQ Fun Festival" perfectly recreates the convenience store decoration and furnishings, and launches 4 limited-time products, integrating convenience store culture into it, which is full of playfulness and can satisfy the childlike innocence of children! These venue-only products were designed by four local design teams, who dressed up the original characters in new costumes and injected the "Wan Ye Festival" convenience store concept to create surprises! They are Club Babo’s classic bottled “Maltese” in the shape of Mr. Flat Cat; Don’t Cry In The Morning’s Soda bear cub; LeeeeeeToy’s Hong Kong-style egg tart toys, a mouth-watering representation of Hong Kong’s representative delicacy; and Mr. Giraffe’s giraffe doll dressed in a convenience store clerk’s uniform, humorously interpreting the daily life of a working person. Club Babo is a Hong Kong-based creative project that has made a name for itself in the industry with its unique and playful style. They draw inspiration from old objects, diverse subcultures and nature, combining elements such as hand-carving, clothing and art to create unique designs.

The brand was founded by Hong Kong artists ASA and Poppy in 2013. The name "Don't Cry in the Morning" reminds everyone that no matter what difficulties and losses you encounter, waking up is a new day, and everyone is a brave man again, and start again!

Mr.Giraffe

Mr. Giraffe is a lively character created by local illustrator Kafka Poon. This cute giraffe works at the Ueno Park Zoo in Tokyo. Despite facing a busy "working man" life day after day, he is still good at finding fun in the stereotyped life.
[This time, Mr. Giraffe will launch a limited edition toy for the "PMQ Play Festival" that will appear as a convenience store worker, depicting the daily life of Hong Kong workers! ]
Cute blind boxes of mini vinyl dolls in the shape of desserts and delicacies are on display. Interactive games and purchases can be redeemed for rich gifts.
The organizer has also collaborated with Club Babo, Don’t Cry In The Morning, LeeeeeeToy and Mr. Giraffe to launch limited-edition mini vinyl figures for the first event. The new AR stickers created by BATNAT n GAGNAT are known for their strong sense of immersion. Players only need to download the Artivive app and scan the stickers to see the pixelated effect of the character. Clapton Tam is a Hong Kong toy designer, laser sticker artist, cartoonist, animator and music creator. He began creating original works "Brave Angel and Big Demon" and "Complete Alien NIBIRU EFFECT" in 2021, and launched Sofubi vinyl toys, laser stickers and peripheral products in Hong Kong and Japan.
Mr. Junk is a sticker collector and sticker designer in Hong Kong. Vapour Park

Vapour Park is a studio that focuses on the creation and production of designer toys. The team combines creativity with life and art and presents it in various designs. duckhead is a toy brand founded by Korean designer and illustrator Lim Bi-young. Since 2017, the brand has mainly created art toys and illustrations in Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. "Snapper Man" is the brand's most popular character image.
In Korea, people compare people with poor memory to fish, perhaps because of their round eyes. But the designer believes that round eyes give people a sense of affinity, and he hopes to show this kind of personality and daily life through "Sea Snapper Man".

Content: Led by movie stunt makeup artist and prototype artist Afu, experience the extraordinary toy coloring process.
